A word that means shared prosperity.

Samvriddhi is a Sanskrit word for prosperity that is collective, not concentrated. It is the belief that growth should benefit everyone involved in it: our clients, their customers, their employees, their partners, and the wider society they operate within.

That belief shapes how we work. We do not chase short engagements, and we do not sell technology for its own sake. We build relationships in which our success is inseparable from yours, and we stay long enough to see the results compound.

Meet our Director

Technology never spoke my language. Until it did.

For most of my career, I was the person technology forgot to invite in. I built my world around people, not software. As a parenting coach and life coach, I help families find calm in chaos. As a foreign language teacher, I have opened new worlds for my students. In the travel industry, I gave a large chunk of my time to designing journeys for high net worth clients and working closely with large corporates, learning what care, patience and trust really mean in business.

Through all of it, one quiet discomfort stayed with me. Softwares and applications felt like a locked room. Every new application came with a fear of pressing the wrong button, and a feeling that this world belonged to other people.

Then AI arrived, and everything changed in a single conversation.

The day I first used tools like ChatGPT and Claude, the fear simply disappeared. Here was technology that spoke my language. I could ask, in plain words, and be guided, step by step, without judgement. For the first time, technology gave me what it had always denied me: liberty and independence. If I could cross that distance, I realised, any business owner could. And someone should help them do it honestly.

That belief became Samvriddhi.

Today, I lead Samvriddhi as its Director, bringing to it what no manual ever taught me: the patience of a coach, the empathy of a teacher, the discipline of years with demanding clients, and the lived proof that AI is not for "technical people". It is for everyone who was ever made to feel it was not for them. And through everything, I remain what I am proudest of being: a devoted mother.

Special thanks to my husband, Shivam Raheja, who contributed  greatly in motivating me to build this company. He is the one who sparked my curiosity for artificial intelligence, guided me through every doubt, and believed I could build something around it long before I believed it myself.
